Your home first
We start with the property, your comfort expectations and how you actually live — not with a predetermined product.
Kestrel Clean Energy is developing a more considered way to upgrade your home — combining expert heat-pump design, attentive service and the option of summer cooling where your property is suitable.
We’re building Kestrel for homeowners who want a high-quality outcome without having to become a heat-pump expert first.
We start with the property, your comfort expectations and how you actually live — not with a predetermined product.
Heat-loss, emitter and system decisions are treated as engineering choices. Cooling is considered where technically appropriate.
Survey, design, grant route, installation and handover are coordinated as one customer experience rather than a chain of disconnected suppliers.
Our proposed customer journey is deliberately simple.
Tell us what you want from your home and what currently frustrates you.
We assess the property, grant route and whether heating-only or heating + cooling makes sense.
Your system is engineered around the building and agreed performance objectives.
Installation, commissioning, evidence and handover are managed as a single experience.
Eligible homeowners in England and Wales can currently receive support through the Boiler Upgrade Scheme towards qualifying heat-pump installations.
Eligibility and grant values depend on property and technology. Kestrel would confirm suitability before any commitment.
Current Boiler Upgrade Scheme support towards a qualifying air-source heat pump in England and Wales.
Some qualifying off-gas-grid oil/LPG properties can receive an additional £1,500 until March 2027.
We’re currently shaping the first phase of Kestrel Clean Energy. If you’re considering a heat pump for heating, cooling or both, register your interest and we’ll keep you informed as plans develop.
No obligation. We’ll only use your details to respond to your enquiry and keep you updated about Kestrel Clean Energy.
